1. The stainless steel joint rotary joint is precision-manufactured, and impact should be avoided during handling and storage to avoid damage to the interface and internal parts.

2. The installation must be concentric with the connecting shaft to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.

3. When installing the rotary joint of the thread connection, pay attention to whether the thread direction of the inner and outer tubes corresponds to the rotation direction of the drum, and the thread rotation direction of the inner and outer tubes should also be consistent.

4. The connection between the rotary joint and the pipeline must be connected with a hose (our company recommends the use of a metal hose with good interference), and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.

5. The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint are directly connected to the hose as much as possible. In order to reduce the auxiliary weight of stainless steel joints and extend the service life.

6. For the assembly of the inner tube, pay attention to the matching of the size and the auxiliary support of the weight. It is recommended to use the H8/e7 tolerance fit for the inner tube of the inner joint stainless steel joint.

7. The support and rotation stop of the rotary joint should be appropriate. In general, the rod diameter should be 2mm smaller than the rotation stop hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of the stainless steel joint rotary joint.
