Air Brake hoses are manufactured from tough nylon reinforced with a steel wire helix and a single ply tube in order to meet the requirement of the Association of American Railroads (AAR) Specification 100202. These Air Brake Hose meet the requirements of DOT FMVSS571.106 in regard to pressure, temperature and resistance to rupture.

An elbow is a standard item used in the Air Brake industry. It provides a 90-degree turn in air brake tubing to a male or female connection (pipe). It has a brass body, metallurgy cylinders and thread.
