The 1484S STAINLESS STEEL INSERT is an SAE J844 Type A, B or C Stainless Steel Insert. This part meets the viscosity and density requirements of FMVSS 571.106 for steel inserts for cast Nylon 6 tubing.

This stainless steel insert is used with the Nylon Tubing. It features a beveled edge, which helps prevent the tube from slipping out of the insert. Typical applications include: SAE J844 Type A and B and FMVSS 571.106.
