The mini hose barb union is designed to provide a connection between two lengths of polyethylene tubing without the use of clamps. Applications include pneumatic systems, environmental control systems and humidifiers. The one-piece design can be used with varying size tubes and secures tightly with no chance of leaks or drips making it an ideal choice for applications where condensation may occur. This product features a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to most metals, making it compatible with nearly all types of gas lines.

The Mini Union is a compact and economical product. It is made of anodized aluminum and has no clamps to install or lose. The cylinder is soldered to the body for long life and good vibration resistance. It is designed for tube sizes ranging from ⅜” O.D. to 1-1/2” O.D. The clamping area extends over the entire length of the part so that it can be used on thin walled tubing or on tubing with a large outer diameter.
