Inverted flare fittings can be used in many applications. These fittings are constructed from brass, which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Integrated O-ring seals are used to ensure leak-free performance. The SAE fitting also meets SAE J512 requirements for pressurized systems.

Inverted flare fittings are used to connect hoses and tubing to valves or other devices. They consist of a clamp nut, a tube fitting and a locking ring. The clamp nut tightens onto the tubing and holds the tube securely in place and the locking ring prevents the tube from being pulled off while servicing it. The tightening force is great enough that these fittings can be used without PTFE tape but you must still lubricate the threads prior to assembly.
